Identification Documents for Patent Registration

Images of identification documents that must be submitted to the website or delivered in person.

Images of applicant's identity verification documents;
a) Natural Persons: Copy of birth certificate and copy of national ID card
b) Legal Entities: Copy of the latest official gazette as proof of management, copy of birth certificate and national ID card of the signatories
Inventor's identity verification documents;
Submission of a copy of the inventor's birth certificate and national ID card (usually the inventor is the applicant)
Note: The patent certificate is issued in the name of the applicant(s) as well as the inventor.

A written request for non-mentioning of the inventor's name, if the inventor does not wish their name to be mentioned;
