Meeting to Review the Status of University Laboratories and the SHAA Project

At the beginning of the meeting, the Vice President for Research and Technology of the University provided explanations regarding the necessity of cooperation with SHAA (Scientific Laboratories Network) and the letter from the esteemed Director General of the Research Support Office of the relevant Ministry. They requested serious cooperation from various faculties regarding the need to organize the university's laboratories and utilize the facilities and services of SHAA. Subsequently, considering the explanations provided by the respected heads of various faculties, it was decided:
1-    Various faculties should submit a list of their educational and research equipment to this unit within the Vice Presidency, in order to create a database of laboratory equipment. In the next step, the esteemed Head of the Central Laboratory should separate the list of equipment that can be declared to the Research Support Management of the relevant Ministry, and ultimately facilitate cooperation and effective use of the laboratory network services.
2-    It was decided that based on the database created in the next stage, the Central Laboratory affairs should be organized in order to consolidate equipment, provide services for revenue generation to organizations and scientific centers outside the university, and enable the scientific advancement of postgraduate students in relation to training and how to work with the above-mentioned equipment.
3-    The esteemed Head of the Central Laboratory should, as soon as possible, send the SHAA requested file to the various faculties and take urgent action to list the equipment and register it in the above-mentioned network.
