According to Mehr News Agency, Mohammad Nahavandian, the Economic Deputy to the President, stated today (Wednesday) on the sidelines of the cabinet meeting and in a gathering of reporters: In the current circumstances, more attention is being paid to coordination between the branches of government, which is also the Supreme Leader's initiative in forming the Supreme Council for Economic Coordination of the Branches of Government, and a new capacity has been created for coordination.
He added: We have had four meetings so far, and a preliminary commission is also formed for it, and the entire expert capacity of the three branches of government will be utilized. We have placed the research centers of the three branches of government side by side. For example, regarding the reform of the banking system, activities have been carried out in the Research Center of the Parliament, as well as in the government and the Central Bank.
Nahavandian continued: In the meeting with the Leader, it was emphasized that the government is in charge of economic affairs, and other institutions should cooperate as necessary. This matter is the responsibility of the media to ensure that the intellectual atmosphere of society is also aligned with the three branches of government, and of course, if such convergence exists, the vulnerability of our society and economy to issues that may arise or that others may want to impose will be reduced.
The Economic Deputy to the President, referring to the decisions that have been made recently, stated: For example, that with the offsetting of debts and claims, four thousand billion tomans have been approved, and another one hundred thousand billion tomans are also being considered.
He concluded: This issue has the capacity to facilitate the private sector. Regarding employment, the decision made in the field of rural employment is that with the $1.5 billion allocated to this work, a surge will be created in economic employment.
